Olives in Morocco: drone spraying and fertigation preparation

A traditional olive grove, an irrigated orchard and a dense plantation need different preparation. In Tadla or Saïss, first describe how your grove is managed before requesting an estimate.

Is a drone suitable for every olive grove?

Feasibility is assessed for each plot. Slope, tree height, spacing, obstacles and treatment target belong in the assessment. A demonstration in another orchard does not establish coverage in yours. Settings and the intended product will need review before any operation.

What if my olive grove is not irrigated?

Fertigation requires an irrigation system that can supply nutrients through water. If your grove is rainfed, say so at first contact: it needs a different agronomic assessment. For irrigated orchards, describe the system, water availability and existing analyses.

Prepare this information

  • Rainfed or irrigated management
  • Tree variety, age, spacing and height
  • Slope, obstacles and plot access
  • Treatment goal and fertilization history

These guides explain our approach. They are not a diagnosis of your plot or a report of field trial results.
